TheLM2594HVM-ADJ/NOPB(购买请点击) series of regulators are monolithicintegrated circuits that provide all the active functions for astep-down (buck) switching regulator, capable of driving a0.5A load with excellent line and load regulation. These devicesare available in fixed output voltages of 3.3V, 5V, 12V,and an adjustable output version, and are packaged in a8-lead DIP and a 8-lead surface mount package.
Requiring a minimum number of external components, theseregulators are simple to use and feature internal frequencycompensation†, a fixed-frequency oscillator, and improvedline and load regulation specifications.
The LM2594HVM-ADJ/NOPB series operates at a switching frequencyof 150 kHz thus allowing smaller sized filter componentsthan what would be needed with lower frequencyswitching regulators.
